Stayed here in December and it was marginal but not terrible. It is very old and in dire need of updates. Got booked there again this week and I will not stay there again. My shower leaked, like water torture! Requested repair, they tightened it so much I could hardly turn it on the next morning. It still leaked. I requested service again, they never even came to check it. I shut the bathroom door at night and dealt with it. My phone didn’t work. The gym smelled like sweat and musty odors, like it hadn’t been cleaned. I was accosted at breakfast by what another guest said was a homeless person. I don’t think he was homeless but he got in my face with no provocation at all from me and it did rattle me. To their credit, I noticed a police officer was there the next morning. The staff was professional but far from friendly or welcoming. In fact, not friendly at all. I requested my company put me at Home 2 Suites down the road and they inadvertently put me at Homewood. I will ask not to be placed at this property again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. This Homewood Suites is located conveniently for the Galleria. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good for a hotel buffet. It was not as modern as other Homewood Suites that I have stayed in. Two specific criticisms: 1. The wifi is very weak. It would not enable me to download an eSIM or book an Uber. Solution: we used the Galleria shopping mall’s free wifi to download and install the eSIM and thereafter used data to order Ubers. 2. There was not enough shower gel or conditioner in the dispensers in the shower to last 3 people 2 nights.

The property is located within walking distance to some restaurants which was very nice after a long day. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The happy hour reception was nice with good selection. The room was very nice and clean. The bedding was very comfortable. Thank you

THIS WAS THE BEST HOTEL STAY EVER!!!! The customer service was TOP NOTCH from the cleaning services to the front desk and breakfast crew. I have NEVER met such an accommodating staff. Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiles and the ladies up front helped us out BIG TIME!Once we checked in, they got us with a taxi service, food options and guidance on places to go. Oh yeah, they also took extra pillows up to my room when they found out about my back issues. I cannot expressly how nice EVERY SINGLE STAFF PERSON was to me as well as the other guests. The hotel was clean and we had the opportunity to receive cleaning services DAILY! (I haven’t seen that since COVID) While we didn’t use it, it was great to have. The location is good. It was close to food, lounges and the mall. Long story short, I will come back to this same hotel the next time I visit Houston because I felt valued as a customer. GREAT JOB, Crew❤️

The employees and even customers were so helpful and friendly. My husband is in a wheel chair and requires a lift to get him from wheelchair to bed. When we travel we must bring the lift with us in addition to cap machine and other supplies. When we arrived (11 pm), the desk clerk helped me check in quickly si I could help my husband and get all my stuff out of the van. A customer came over to the van and offered to help. This angel took the lift, extra wheelchair and trolly with my suitcases to the front of our room. He was gone before I could properly thank him. I then went to park the car in the parking garage,even though the desk clerk told me I could park closest to the entrance. She actually waited for me in the lobby to make sure I was OK and I was able to get the van and park it where she told me to. The hotel is very clean and instead of smelling musty in the hallways like most hotels do, this had a fresh clean fragrance. The suite was very roomy. I couldn't be happier
